Not so expensive screen pin

As I understand it, the dealer has nothing to do with pricing. BMW head office sees to that. I viewed the parts on the PC with the parts manager and again queried it with the dealer principle who was as shocked as I was. We both scrolled the parts screen and no, I could not buy just the pin but had to purchase the whole damn kit. Shane and his guys searched the bins for one but to no avail. The dealer was very sorry but there was nothing he could do. His hands were handcuffed by BMW head office.

I wrote to BMW complaining like mad and the Atlantic parts manger called me today to say that BMW head office have reversed their procedure so we can once again buy the single screen pin.

Atlantic will refund me the price I paid for the kit and will issue a single screen pin.

Happy ending.!

Speaking of " shafting

Speaking of " shafting customers " sounds very unprofessional?!

Our coffee is always free and I believe our loan bikes are too.
